The A-40C Havoc II… SUPERCHARGED!
My blaze of glory for TheMouse's Most OP Aircraft Challenge. If this isn't overpowered, then nothing is.

The Havoc II Super
The A-40C Havoc II Super is a heavily upgraded version of the A-40B Havoc. Albeit very few of the Havoc's controls and performance have changed, it has a slightly refined look, and a payload that will blow either your mind or your computer.
So enough bark, let's get to the bite of this thing.
Instructions are ingame so I won't both talking about them here, just weapons.
The A-40C focuses on an important feature, that's versatility. So along with several missiles, the A-40C sports a ridiculous amount of guns, likely even more than Mouse Thunder. Along with its guns and missiles, it has a unique weapon, the Havoc Beam, which can literally toss an entire carrier into the air, if used right. Use it wrong, and you'll toss warships into yourself. Either way, the ships won't stay on or return to the water as long as you're actually trying.
However, if you don't like missiles or guns, that's fine, the A-40C features several bombs, the Mayhem and Heavy Mayhem class. Steer clear of your target when dropping them, they explode BIG!
Oh, but did you think that was all? It comes with a drone too! The drone doesn't do too much, just four guns is all, and it tends to be glitchy (for some reason?) but it can still pack a punch in its like 60 second lifespan or something.
Nope. Still not done. The Havoc II-S comes with a very special toy, an OPPENHEIMER! Fire it and watch the game explode, because your aircraft isn't really overpowered until you can destroy the entire game (rip A-40A)
That's all the armament, it might sound small when put into words, but it'll feel a lot bigger once it's firing all cylinders on your base.
Now for some other stuff.
-Revamped landing gear, as long as you're going reasonably slow and not carrying any explosive munitions (with the possible exception of the OPPENHEIMER, I haven't tested ;-;), it should be able to land just fine now.
-Slightly smoothened appearance, really only visible in the small details, but refined nonetheless.
-Uhh there's more but I forgot...

@TheUltimatePlaneLover Me? Fine, although my entry T-3 did indeed modify someone else's plane, the completion level of that plane was very low, and I made a lot of changes. To be honest, the completion level of the A40C is already very high, and I can't think of any further improvement. The maneuverability and appearance are excellent, and if we really need to make modifications, we can only remake the drone and install intelligent weapons. Moreover, it is unknown whether the second version of T-3 can be released before the deadline, so I apologize that I cannot do so

@JSTQ I see… well, all we can do for now is hope for the best and if this doesn’t surpass Mobius, I’m willing to let you modify the A-40C, provided that @TheMouse allows it, only condition is name it A-40D (since it would be the 4th revamp/D variant)
@TheUltimatePlaneLover Yes, your aircraft is excellent in terms of weapons and maneuverability. While Mobius stands out in appearance, there are significant deficiencies in its maneuverability. Unless special means (Like AOA) are used, it will lose a lot of points as a result. This is our only opportunity. Mobius's design goes beyond traditional concepts, and adding weapons would be troublesome and difficult to achieve as yours. The only problem is that we are not sure what weapons Mobius will be equipped with, after all, there was a work that only used two small nuclear bombs and received 7 points for "weapons", which is the same score as me (I still remember it to this day)
@JSTQ same here... however, the A-40C does have some areas where it could win. First being weapons, the A-40C can literally erase the world with its OPPENHEIMER missile. Its sheer weapon count combined with a game-destroying nuke guarantees 10/10 on weapons unless Soviet Bias is an unachieved weapon.
Next is maneuverability. I downloaded the Moebius for myself (definitely not studying the enemy) and moving it was one of the hardest tasks I've ever performed. The A-40C might suck at landing, but when in air it can maneuver quite well.

@TheUltimatePlaneLover In fact, I am also modifying my plane. The problem with Mobius is that its weapons are too single (only automatic machine guns), which means that its next version will definitely score more on "weapons" (yes, there will be a second version) and at least improve by about two points. So 41 is actually the lowest possible score I think Mobius will get, which is also the reason why I am very worried, so I am eager to know the score of your plane
@JSTQ Same, I posted an unlisted one that was unfinished and it got 39/50 (same as the Moebius) so I have little doubt that the finalized version will get a good score. That doesn't stop me from worrying though ;-;
I am looking forward to the final score of this aircraft and hope it can reach 41
@Monarchii Just wait until the Siren War version releases (can't make the A-40Si until I become Andrei Tupolev and reverse engineer a Siren ;-;)
