@Hiluks1like I said previously you'll need overload XML mod for it. Take an air to air missile go to the missile folder and add the new XML variable :maxTargetingAngle and set the value to 180

Take a rotator go to the inputcontroller folder and change the "max" value to 10000 or more (the default value of max is 1,also you Can do this if you has already the overload XML mod)
