Overview

The GB-4N Screecher is the Naval variant of the original GB-4 Screecher. (link) The GB-4 is a ground attack propeller driven airplane. It possesses outstanding performance in attacking ground targets, dogfighting (even against early jets!) The Naval version is a very much improved aircraft. It can do all these things and attack sea targets too. Upgrades and improvements include but are not limited to: Increased wingspan for better lift, engine mounted higher for more clearance from the carrier deck, wings and landing gear moved further towards the engine, tailhook, repositioned weapons, repositioned tail wheel, foldable wings for better storage on aircraft carriers, three 250lb bombs, increased engine RPM, larger vertical stabilizer and thicker tail structure, etc. the list is so much better. This thing is a monster in the air. It can also out turn and outcompete most early jets somehow.
