Nope. 2 only ways is send it back to Sony if its warranty isn't voided, take it to a repair shop. Some ways can temporarily help, such as using rubbing alcohol, Windex, toothpaste, or even bananas. Other than those, there is no way of fixing this problem without paying @TheTekkit101

@jamesPLANESii I had a cheat disc that somehow broke my copy and got stuck with a red loading ring instead of the normal white one.
Lol I "borrowed" a hacked version of this on GT5 that went 900 mph... So fond memories... But then Polyphony patched it.
