Wiki:

The Mikoyan MiG-29 (code name of NATO Fulcrum) is a fighter used in aerial combat. Developed in the early 1970s, it entered the service of the Soviet Union in 1983 and remains operational to this day in the Russian Air Force, as well as in the countries to which it was exported. In this sense, the high cost of maintenance has led the Russian Air Force and other countries like Hungary to try to get rid of their Mig-29, however few countries have shown an interest in the acquisition of this equipment.
