A common tactic by Snowstone after wars and conflicts involving the use of its territory is to examine the bases left behind by the belligerents in those conflicts and send their stuff to the SNC for research and development, such as vehicles, weapons, manuals, blueprints, and other essentials.
The Luneclipse is a good example of products made by this research tactic. Made from blueprints found from MGLA and Monarchii-affiliated bases (which were left behind after Snowstone declares an armed neutrality policy), it handles things such as demolitions and the detection of mines.
Not only that, its thick armor and questionable speed makes it efficient for situations where demolitions are to be made in high-risk areas while the SNC provides technical assistance and security.
