The Me 262 was Germany's first ever prototype and mass produced fight jet. It was in fact the first fighter jet in WW2, and took everyone by surprise. the whole thing was built underground in natural looking mound like factories. They were covered in dirt and were virtually bomb proof. Astonishingly, The 262 tops out at 500 mph, 110 mph faster than any other plane at the time. That's quite some engineering for ya! enjoy!
