Some fictional history:
The F9G Mustang was a naval variant of the P-51H to be able to operate on aircraft carriers, it participated in the Korean War as a ground attack aircraft, replacing the P-51D to perform those tasks, it was heavier than the P-51H so which had poor performance but was still fast (but slower than jets).

- Four 20 mm cannons M2 (263 ammunition for each cannon)
- Two Tiny Tim rockets
- Two rocket pods

Controls:
- Activate2: Change vision position to try to see under the nose
- Activate3: Launch left rocket
- Activate4: Launch right rocket
- Activate6: Extend/Retract hook
- Activate7: Extend/Retract wings

Max speed in a straight line at 3000 ft: 478 mph / 769 km/h

Turn time at 300 mph
- Vertical: 18 s
- Horizontal: 15 s

Speed to take off:
- Without suspended armament: 130 mph / 209 km/h
- With suspended armament: 165 mph / 265 km/h
