HR-E is the second phase of HR-H, a similar robotic boss. This boss (both stages) is fought in an abandoned factory on Shiver Star (Earth after nuclear winter)
It is not really meant to fly (it is actually a snowmobile) but I made it fly anyways.
VTOL for missile bay doors, and AG1 for cluster firing the missiles. Turning AG8 off disables the gyro (not recommended but idk)
