My simple iOS iphone build of the prototype Antonov-71 AEW.
The airframe was based on the An-72 with the tail section replaced and Radar Dome installed. Due to the end of the Cold War and the fragmentation of the Soviet state, the design was not progressed past 3 aircraft.
The Radome will rotate on its own due to the installation of 2 small wing surfaces inside the dome. At night it is lit from within by red lights that diffuse through the windows. Navigation lights are (2). In my opinion this is an easy flier with easy takeoff and oanding characteristics.
