So yes, the Elara is simply a ship with a CIWS system. This is my first serious naval vessel.

The Elara performs extremely well during long-range engagements with missiles. Central to its arsenal is the Mara CIWS, which fires pulses of energy to take down enemy missiles. This vessel can take down the Beast fleet with ease.

Lore:
After Elara Chovsky designed the Mara CIWS, she designed a ship around it. The result was a specialized missile boat, which was later named after its designer by Chovsky's associates. The craft is compact, easy to construct, and deadly. Such a combination is hard to come by, and while the use of naval ships dwindles with airships and spacecraft, the Elara Missile Frigate has managed to stay in service for a surprising amount of time.

Controls:
Pitch and Roll to rotate the CIWS.
Throttle for engines.
Yaw to turn.

Combat tips:
Destroyers will have to break their lock on you once in a while. That is when you can launch your missiles.
Use the Mara CIWS to shoot down missiles.
