Hi! today I am here to present my entry into the Modern Tank Challenge. This is the end product after much testing and redesign. Anyway lets get into it.

Backstory:

After finding that the M1 Abrams was having trouble defeating the T14 Armata, the U.S. military needed a new main battle tank. The U.S. Army and Marine Corps sent out a request to all makers willing of taking on the challenge of designing the tank. The U.S. Army and Marine Corps both wanted the new vehicle to have a 120mm cannon, reactive armor, smoke dispensers, and a remote controlled machine gun on top of the turret. General Dynamics Land Systems and BAE Systems were the only manufacturers to respond to the request. BAE Systems responded to the request by presenting a mix between the Challenger 2 and the CV90. General Dynamics Land Systems presented the M7A1, nicknamed "Kougar."

Design:

The M7A1 is a MBT (Main Battle Tank) the was designed after the request by the U.S. military was sent out to manufacturers. The M7A1 is armed with a Rheinmetall Rh-120 cannon that can fire HE and APSFDS. The M7A1 is alos armed with a remote controlled machine gun, and a machine gun in the mantle. The Turret of the M7A1 is inspired by the K2 Black Panther while the chassis is inspired by the M1 Abrams. All the sights have night vision integrated into the site. The turret also features smoke canisters toward the front of the turret.

Controls:

Ag1 - Activates main cannon
Ag2 - Activates machine gun on turret
Ag6 - Activates Night Vision
Ag7 - activates head lights
Ag8 - Opens Sight Hatch
FireGuns - Fires Laser
Pitch - Drives forward/ backwards
Yaw - Turns chassis
VTOL - Turns turret
Trim - Elevates cannon

Sorry for not being able to make the deadline, I wasn't able to make it due to me having to redesign the turret. I couldn't redesign the turret in time due to me starting the redesign on the day of the deadline.
