From the tests I've conducted, it flips out after lifting from the ground.

You might want to add more weight on the fron of your plane. As the CoM is behind the CoL. I've tried it and it works very well. Just add 3000-5000 lbs on the front and this will be great.

As for the aesthetics, it's great overall.
