The missile knows where it is at all times.
It knows this because it knows where it isn't.
By subtracting where it is from where it isn't,
Or where it isn't from where it is (whichever is
Greater), it obtains a difference, or deviation.
The guidance subsystem uses deviations to generate corrective
Commands to drive the missile from a position where it is to a
Position where it isn't,
And arriving at a position where it wasn't, it now is.
Consequently, the position where it is,
Is now the position that it wasn't,
And it follows that the position that
It was, is now the position that it isn't.
In the event that the position that it is in is not the position that
It wasn't, the system has acquired a variation,
The variation being the difference between
Where the missile is, and where it wasn't.
If variation is considered to be a
Significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA.
However, the missile must also know where it was.
The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows.
Because a variation has modified some of the information
The missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is.
However, it is sure where it isn't,
Within reason, and it knows where it was.
It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't,
Or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of
Where it shouldn't be, and where it was,
It is able to obtain the deviation
And its variation, which is called error.
dogfighting this fucking thing is a pain in the ass
love your work!
@FeatherWing Go ahead
@ReinMcDeer
If I choose to, do you mind if I use this in a video I'm planning to make?
This is the og thrust vector/cobra?
pls pls pls pls build A-4F skyhawk
@ReinMcDeer >>Negative, I'm not letting this slide!<<
Lol, If you make the SU-30 (33SM) could you please add some kind of PSM system
Maybe you could help with that @GuyFolk?
@ReinMcDeer
lol
If coffee is not enough, try Scho-ka-kola.
@GuyFolk man im making tons of typos today, not enough coffee i presume 😴
"Country of Origin: Air Superiority Fighter"
Hmm....
In Air Superiority Fighter, the plane fly you.
Can you pls make F35 🥺
@ReinMcDeer As mentioned, it's an open discussion.
An air superiority fighter is usually a plane that can linger around in the sky for a long time, carry enough armament to take down as many planes as it can, supersonic and maneuverable.
The mig-29 can do most of it, sure, but the only thing it suffers is flying time and loadout (at least compared to it's contemporaries). It's a fuel hog... if you ever tried the dcs version, you'll understand why it won't fly for long. And when you consider it's only 6 pylons (and 1 fuel-exclusive) you see it doesn't do much outside of intercept incoming enemies, rather than going to enemy lines... In essence it's kinda like an upgraded mig-21... just 2 extra pylons and more maneuverable...
Again, I LOVE the mig-29, sexiest Russian military hardware! Just saying I don't think the early mig-29s would have done much...
I do like how inf fuel is optional.
@Falkenwut Hm... I just went with what Wikipedia said. Although Wikipedia did also say it was a multirole, so maybe it was referring to second generation MiG-29s?
Gorgeous model of the Mig-29!! Keep it up!!
Small note:
I don't think you could really call the mig-29a an air superiority fighter. The loadout is way too small and its capability beyond fighter isn't exactly top notch compared to the Su-27 or F-15. Just a small note open for discussion...
Noice
@rexzion you saw nothing
