Also your wing load is insanely high. Add more wings/scale the wings.
PS unrelated, I’m triggered by your landing gear placement. Move your main landing gear forward so they’re between the CoM and CoL please.
Ok! I see what the problem is now.
You need to replace your wings with structural wings. Use Overload to enable control surfaces on them. You’ll need chaps them back though.
