*Type 4 Samurai HMC*

The Type 4 Samurai HMC is an advanced 120mm dual mortar system designed to provide indirect and if need be direct fire support for the Japanese military. Plans are to deploy the system on both the Type 4 and Type 5 series of vehicles.
It carries 90 rds firing up to 26 rds per minute and is capable of a TOT (time on target) of 14 rds out to a range of 14km.
It is also capable of firing Strix guided 120mm top attack rds designed to engage armor.
It is direct fire point and shoot capable as well as instant firing shoot and scoot and armored to withstand 30mm APFSDS in frontal arc and carries Dou IV ERA as well as a DROIDz ADS package. All this makes it quite survivable should it end up in a direct fire role.

@MadBomber I can imagine designing the real life auto loader for this was a pain in the ass.

Cool! The most comparable system is either an M250 APC or M125 APC with a mortar in the floor, with an open roof. @MadBomber
