TY bud i appreciate it!@Storm41
I love the weapons and the crew access door . and nice job with the internal lights in cargo bay
@AceOfSpade I also hear that the U.S. military is planning to build a large quad tilt rotor aircraft soon . possible to be around the size of a c130 or bigger...see utube...this is an awesome build by the way...very nice job and nice cannons!
Thank you, and youre welcome. I love the guns and all the detail, but I do prefer full roll control after gyro deactivitation. But that is fixed very quickly.
@Texasfam04
TY! took a very long time to get the engines right, it can be better now that i know how to mod a little bit. if i do a new version ill tag you. @AceOfSpade
Very good!!!
Very impressive
I have never seen anyone who make the interior of their plane
Awesome
@Texasfam04
Your welcome! That makes sense. I can definitely see you rise through the ranks quickly once you switch to PC. Mobile builds aren't always high-detailed due to limitations of the phone or tablet, but your tilt-rotor is incredibly good for being a mobile build. Pretty much stepping into PC-build quality. Thanks for informing me about the early-warning pod. I was thinking it served some sort of avionics/electronics function. There's an early-warning system called Flight Guard for civil airliners as well, but I don't think it's widely used yet. That's awesome you live near an air base. I live in the vicinity of Whidbey NAS where they have EA-18G Growlers and P-3 Orions stationed there. It's pretty rare for me to see the EA-18's but I hear them rocking the skies pretty often. I see the Orions more often since they are easier to spot.
Well thanks for the credit, I appreciate it, but I don't think beacons are that big of a deal to need credit. I'm totally fine though if you dissect my builds and see how I did things. (just saying). Also no problem, I love seeing your build quality improve.
BTW....your WOW video was hilarious :D@JohnnyBoythePilot
TY Johnny! Coming from you that means a LOT! You are a superior builder in my eyes so i appreciate it. I have discovered when i try to do a detailed build it puts my ipad to its limits. Like this one i wasnt even able to test it much in the end on high physics because it was like a old video game in slow motion. I really need to migrate to pc but i havent had much time these days. The lag is the reason i didnt add any other weapons also. Oh well ill work with what i have for now. The thing on top is like a radar / iff module, Some of the c130s at my base have them, some do not, the pilots told me its for AEW ( airborne early warning ) systems. Some like the E2C have a massive rotating ( rotodoms ) and some have much weaker pods like this. As far as i am aware antennas and transponders are stored inside with other goodies. I like to give credit for parts i use, i only use parts from certain people though, u, bogdan and elitearsenals, off the top of my head all the modded beacons i use come from you as well as alot of my vtol stuff in most builds. Thanks again i appreciate u testing it out and giving feedback which i still need to do for u on your last build :D@JohnnyBoythePilot
Oh btw, whats the dome-thing on top of the aircraft? I noticed that on some of your builds. Is it some sort of avionics/antenna housing?
Also, what did I do? (I'm mentioned in the description)
Finally was able to test it out, and all I can say is WOW. Hands down your best build to date. The attention to detail is incredible, especially the interior. I love the GAU-8's mounted inside where all the mechanics ACTUALLY SPIN. The only issue I found was that it tends to yaw to the right when hovering. Other than that it's fantastic.
Oh and if you want a suggestion, a firefighting variant would epic. You could swap the guns for high-powered water cannons!
Great job, you smacked it out of the ball park with this build. Definitely deserve the feature!
Now that's a tilt-rotor! Great job as always :). Gonna try this when I get home later.
Nice!
