The EGA-11 Guerrero is a MBT, designed to provide group superiority for Ecuadorian troops. This tank was in development for over 10 years, with only some prototypes in service, with today the official production line in service. It was clear that after WW2 a new tank was needed, a new stop gap was a modified EGA-5 "Super Corbiche" armed with a 100mm cannon. It was clear that a 100mm cannon and rolled homologous armor would not be sufficient for the times. The new tank code name "El Once" was being developed as soon as 1949, this tank would be a monster, having a new cannon, and thicker armor. In 1955 the frontal armor was proved ineffective, with even a 100mm cannon being able to penetrate it. A Swedish engineer was added to the team, and he said to add a pike nose, so one was added after hard welding and work. Then in 1957 a new way of travel was needed, water travel, so the tank was given the ability to float, and a new engine was added in the back to power the jets. Then in 1960 when the tank was ready to be revealed, Ecuador got a hold of composite armor, much better than rolled homologous steel, so the tank was re made with composite armor. Now finally the tank was ready, it was armed with a Gato-Medrian 107mm, able to pen around 220mm of armor with APHE and 600mm of armor with Heat-Fs and with its best round being the APFSDS with a undisclosed amount of penetration. This tanks chassis is very well protected with the composite pike nose, no known rounds can penetrate the front of the tank. The EGV-11 has a crew of 4, a driver, a loader, a gunner, and a commander. It is armed with a 107mm gun, a smaller 12.7mm gun as a coaxial, and a 14.5mm gun on the top as a AA gun. The tank can traverse rivers with its water jets, and roll trough the hardest of ground.

@ShotgunShogun Indeed, tracks are not functional so low mobility wheels are needed.

Turret rocks but off road capability seems limited.
