Focke-Wulf Fw 189 'Uhu'

26.8k RASEN1914  7.7 years ago

100% historically EXACT replica of the Focke-Wulf Fw 189 Uhu (Eagle Owl), also known as 'The flying eye', a reconnaissance and army cooperation aircraft, but was also used as light bomber. Read instructions below

The Fw 189 was used extensively on the Eastern Front with great success. Despite its low speed and fragile looks, the Fw 189's manoeuvrability made it a difficult target for attacking Soviet fighters. When attacked, the Fw 189 was often able to out-turn attacking fighters by simply flying in a tight circle into which enemy fighters could not follow.

This one is painted with the schemes of the 1. Aufklärungsstaffel /32, who served in Kemi, Finland, in June 1942.

Enjoy this awesome plane!!

Instrucctions:

- Autopilot is a bit tricky, it's stable when you enable it between 0º to -10º.
- Press 1 to enable turrets.
- Press 2 to activate navigation lights.
- Press F5 to enable the reconnaissance camera.
- Press F6 to activate the gunner view.
