Could it be.... The fisrt actaul winch in simpleplanes? To demonstrate, i attached this heavy barrel to the rope and allyou do is 1-2 and vtol down to winch it in! If you want to XML, do it! Remember to credit me!
EDIT: when doenloaded, take the guider off and the block facing the barrel so the chain doesnt break
