However I found that the designer won't let you access the far end of a 300m+ long "plane" even if the part is clicked and centred on, which makes it slightly harder to work on bigger creations. Perhaps this could be fixed in a later version. @AndrewGarrison

I'm not sure, but I believe the skybox is several kilometers. The max size of an aircraft is unknown! More likely limited by the user's hardware and frustration levels of trying to deal with an oversized aircraft.

@AndrewGarrison How big is the skybox for the game (What is the maximum size of aircraft that can be built and loaded into the game)?
