  • 2 Airbrakes
  • 3 Drouge Chute
  • 4 Tail Hook
  • 5 Unlock Full Wheel Steering
  • 6 Jettison Fuel Tank 10% fuel
  • 7 Navigation Lights
  • 8 Engines And Entire Aircraft Systems

Features :

  • Realistic Flight Model
  • Realistic Custom Wings , Slats , Flaps And Spoilers
  • Flaps Where Made With Tons Of Help From BogdanX
  • Sequenced Gear Doors That Open And Close Accordingly
  • Custom Landing Gear And Suspension , Front Gear Steers 5* when AG5 Is Off
  • Custom Weapons , 2xAIM-9E With Real Stats , An AN/ALQ-131 ECM , JM61A1 Vulcan , It's Deadly And Has Visible Bullet Casing Being Ejected

I Wanted The Missiles To Have Exactly The Same Stats But They Were Less Reliable Than A Rusty Old Lada , Also They Only Have 11 Seconds Of Fuel So Use Them In Ranges Less Than 4km

My Opinion:

This Has To Be My Favorite Build Of All Time , The T-2 Is One Of My Favorite
Planes And I've Taken Time To Perfect This Thing To A Point That I've Never Reached , I've Ditched Making Custom Cockpits Seeing How Much Faster I Can Build My Replicas , And They Just Make My Planes Less Welcome For Mobile Players

Reposted Because The Tail Rudder Sticks Out On When Activated , Now Its Fixed

@ProcessedPlAnEs even Eurofighter has a tail hook for emergency landing
@ChiChiWerx it doesnt' fly that great, it has some asymmetric drag (if you enter the drag view you'll notice some red areas that are not the same on the other side), creating some small auto-roll. Also deviates on the runaway. (Told him how to fix, but never happen)
@Dimkal this build is not that ahead of his level. The help he got was minor, mostly details and small touches. And social talk. He even insisted on realism, refused to compromise on Sidewinder realistic behavior (the missile miss a lot, like the early variant)

This is one of the best aircraft I've ever seen in the site. It's an extremely nice build with lots of details and highly functional, apart from the auto-yaw issue during take-off roll which can be easily solved via drag elimination. The flight behavior is very realistic and I really loved the sequenced landing gear doors! This build is way ahead of ur level and despite the help u got from other advanced builders it's a very good work! Keep up in the same tempo and hope to see more of u in the forseeable future!

@FairFireFight many jets which never operated from carriers have hooks in real life...F-16, F-15E, F-105, F-100, etc., just to name a few. The hooks are there to arrest the barrier cable at the end of a runway should a problem develop (hydraulics, landing gear, brakes, etc.). The cable system is, in the USAF, known as the BAK-12. Here’s an example of it in action, in this case arresting a landing F-16. So while you are correct in asserting, contrary to what @ProcessedPlAnEs says, that wing area doesn’t mean it cannot land on a carrier (look at the A-4), the T-2 never landed on a carrier, nor was it ever meant to do so. The hook is merely there in the event of an emergency landing on a conventional land-based runway.

Great work with the control surfaces and beautiful theme . Japan is kind of exotic to Europe's airplane culture.

@ProcessedPlAnEs Well It Has A Hook IRL
The Japanese Have Near To Pitch Silent Vacuum Cleaners So No Surprise

I know this plane only from war thunder and it looks cool, but I don't think a jet with a small wing surface can land on an aircraft carrier :D
