P47 of the Brazilian driver
Rui Barbosa Moreira Lima (Colinas, June 12, 1919 - Rio de Janeiro, August 13, 2013) [1] was a military combat pilot and Lieutenant Brigadier of the Brazilian Air.
He was the fighter pilot of the green squadron in the 1st Fighter Aviation Group (GAvCa) of the Brazilian Air Force during the Second World War. During combat, he executed 94 missions. The first occurred on November 6, 1944 and the last on May 1, 1945.
He is the author of the book Senta la Púa!, In which he tells the memories of the combats in the theater of operations in Italy. Subsequently, the book won a documentary version, with the same name.
