Here with a shorter build than usual,
to add to the ever increasing amount of P-51 D mustangs I decided to do one myself! Well not technically.. modify is the better word...BUT YA' GET THE POINT!
This is an entry to CatBarons livery challenge where you take the base plane he made and add onto it to give it its own look. You can view that over here link
I chose to make a livery of the janie mustang for no reason other than it looking cool,
this was really fun to particapate in as i got to go straight to making the plane look how i wanted abd cat barons build was very easy to skin because of good proportions.
Definitely is something I'd look into doing again,
in addition to patterning i also made a couple tweaks to the handling of the plane (i.e slowing down the roll slightly shifting the cOM)but nothing very noticeable, also disabled suspension on the landing gear as the plane would bounce (I also blocked up the control surfaces a good few times and had to keep fixing them whoops) and i tweaked the bullet colour so there's that.
Planet express should be finished soon.

@Mainthedevil nah I still get notifications, glad you liked the plane! Most of the credit does go to catbaron though since they created the original plane, all I did was create some decals and a paint scheme
ok ik that you probably wont reply cause of how old this plane is ,but anyway first of all this plane has given me so much fun and its really detailed ,and i have made it into kind of my own paint skeam and modified the machine guns to my specs ,but anyway you know when somethings wrong with simple planes logic when a p-51D can do something a a-10 cant ,and that's take out the ice base XD sorry for the long read but i just thought i should leave this comment even tho it most likely wont be read

Hey I noticed recently that you were moving planes to be successors of others, I know this post is old at this point but way back when I messed up the successor system while transferring to and from my laptop. Any chance you can make it a successor to this post?
