North American T-6 Texan

106k Hedero  5.6 years ago

The North American Aviation T-6 Texan is an American single-engined advanced trainer aircraft used to train pilots of the United States Army Air Forces, United States Navy, Royal Air Force, and other air forces of the British Commonwealth during World War II and into the 1970s.

Here it is, the Texan. I truly love the way this aircraft looks, so classic, so amazing, even by today's standards. It's seen at almost every airshow, performing beautiful stunts whilst creating a low, loud, and frightening rumble as it storms around the sky. A true beauty. I'm also really quite satisfied with the outcome of the build, it looks sleek, and flies quite nicely. I also think the flight performance is pretty realistic too. I didn't go with the classic bright yellow colorscheme because my friend, "DragonLady", suggested that I do the green engine cowling instead. I really like it too. Very nice choice. I also mixed up some details from different variants of the Texan, so maybe not 100% accurate, but I think it looks really good. So anyways, that's it, the Texan. I really hope you guys enjoy my rendition of this classic warbird!

Diloph doesn't really get along great with bogdan. Don't tell bogdan that though. But yeah I think bogdan rubs off a little on diloph.@KnightOfRen
