Auto Credit Based on JohnnyBoythePilot's Vonteco/PAC Goliath Project - Manta Ray

HUGE Thanks and appreciation goes to JohnnyBoythePilot for helping me with this build. Johnny redesigned the wings, the front end, the awesome missile defense system and a bunch of other little things that make this build so much better. I will put a blue link to johnny profile in the comments section, please visit his profile and look at his awesome builds.

The Manta Ray is a joint venture between Vonteco Industries and PAC and is currently one of the largest USABLE CARGO AIRCRAFT in the simple planes community. The aircraft is built around a massive cargo bay capable of transporting a variety of civilian and military equipment such as cars, boats, planes, helicopters, tanks, and import/export steel shipping containers, etc....

The Manta Ray is also capable of completing missions without the need for escort aircraft thanks to the missile defense system designed by PAC. The missile defense system utilizes a unique targeting system that allows the aircraft to take out targets from very long ranges.

With little modification the Manta Ray could easily be converted to a strategic heavy bomber or specialized air command.

ALL CONTROLS ARE DEFAULT

VTOL: Flaps
TRIM: Elevator Trim
AG-1: Opens/Closes rear ramp
AG-2: Opens/Closes front ramp
AG-7: Landing Lights
AG-8: Nav, Beacon and strobe lights

MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM
(16) Long Range Cleaver missiles that have auto target capability.
(18) Long Range Interceptor missiles that have auto target capability.
The Goliath is also equipped with a large array of counter measures to ensure safe travel through hostile territories.

Hope everyone enjoys this build, please comment with any suggestions, Thank You

@Texasfam04 It's a great post. My only recommendation would be adding afterburners for high speed bursts.

This is the largest Heavy Airlifter ive built, it can probably transport 90% of all builds on simple planes easily.

Sadly i am new to the modding process and would be very little help until i start getting a better understanding of the mod process. When i get the hang of it i will be glad to help you. Use the missiles off this if you like in the meantime, just drag one into your sub assemlby @TheRussiansAreComing

Thanks! Texasfam04 did the fuselage, engine pods, and landing gear, and I did the front nose-section/cockpit, wings, tail section, and defense systems. It should be called the Vonteco/PAC Goliath or Manta Ray since it was a joint build. I like to call it the Manta Ray, but Texas likes to call it the Goliath. Both names are fine to me!
This was also my first collab. with someone.
