I tried to make it simple as I could, while leaving a little detail. Vtol up for flaps, 1 for lights. Try not to use too much throttle when the initial run for takeoff, start with around 30%, and go up to around 45%.

Nice aircraft and it's good to see such large working flaps. My only issue with it is that the nose is way too pointy for a 757. Other than that, great work.
