Auto Credit Based on Planicopter's (Closed) WW2 Competition

Controls
Use yaw when taking off. VTOL up to open canopy, VTOL down for flaps.
Activation Groups
AG1 to enable propeller master control (thanks Beefy)
AG2 to startup the Merlin/disarm guns.
