So, this aircraft is based on a super-beautiful aircraft: DC-10. This DC-10 is more stable than the original DC-10, also it's easy to takeoff and easy to landing. When takeoff, drag the VTOL to 50-60%, AG 1,2,3 to activate engines, then full throttle and rotate when the aircraft reach 190MPH. When landing, full flaps, speed to 185MPH and rotate 0-5 degree. Nice airplane, more of an MD-11 as it seems to be a bit longer than a DC-10...however: The screenshot does NOT does not display this build as it should. Next time, recommend you "zoom in" more so the plane fills the entire screen...
