    We do, at least in part 91 and I think maybe some part 135 operations. Several CFIs I know may or may not concealed carry.

    Recently, some teen entered a ramp through the FBO(?) at an airport with an AR-15 and was demanding a plane. A pilot retrieved his sidearm from his personal vehicle and disarmed the teen and held him until law enforcement arrived without any shots being fired.

    just a random fun fact
    In July 1954, America experienced its first (in a while at least) hijacking of an airliner, a DC-6. The young hijacker entered the cockpit with firearm and brandished it in a threatening manner, and then one of the pilots promptly drew their own sidearm and shot the hijacker.
