The thing I really hate about making custom landing gear that has real suspension is you have to put a weight on the gear or do painful modifications so the wheel won’t shake or explode
It may be an intentional hard landing, but even a hard landing isn't going at 500 kph and seriously, nobody lands on their nose. You are just asking for your nose wheel to give up by doing that, especially at that kind of speed.

That is why we don't touch down on the nose gear.

Maybe u can add more health to that gear.. 600 or 9999 maybe.. And try to avoid landing with nose gear first.. Just do it gently..😊
To be fair, you did yeet the nose gear into the ground...you can’t expect that to survive.
