    The fix I find usually works is increasing the mass of the spring until they behave as normal. Having higher spring and damper probably doesn't hurt either, but it's a lot of experimentation and continuously changing the values of those parameters until it works.

    that's heavy. try to either make the springs or rotators harder or make the rear of the plane lighter.
