Edit: Reducing drag does work, but it also causes the helicopter to bank to the side heavily during takeoffs.

@TheSavageManZ I mean it rotates for a long time, but the sp time is too long so you could try increasing the drag of the rotor by 2-3x?

for now, I kinda solved the problem by disabling the rotor pitch after fuel runs out@ZWLenning
