SWL-120 Parts
SWL-120 Fuselage
The entire plane, but no cockpit. Controls are explained on the aircraft page.
SWL-120
The full plane with cockpit. Planned to release sometime in January.
About
The SWL-120 is a fictional long-range widebody airliner with inspiration from the 787, 777, 767, 737, and A320. It has a passenger capacity of 370 (324 economy passengers, 42 business class passengers, and 4 ultimate class passengers). This aircraft has been my primary (if not only) project for the last four years, and I'm really excited for its completion (I really don't have much left to do as of 21/12/2025, just the documentation for the cockpit and the modded EICAS display).
This mod exists exclusively for the SWL-120. It adds many parts to improve performance, all of which are either specifically designed for the SWL-120, or are themselves exported 3D models of aircraft parts, like the fuselage. There is no need to use most of these parts, so I didn't bother to make part icons or designer category icons. Simply install the mod, and download one of the SWL-120 versions.
Contributors
klm747 provided the overhead panels and some engine fan models used in the mod. You can find them on our other mod. The overhead panels are combined into 1 part here to reduce part count.
MVC made the landing gear rim model, which is included in our separate Car Parts mod. He also made the economy class and business class seat models specifically for this plane, the cockpit seatbelts, and helped with some scripting.
GuianLorenzo built the front fan blades for the engines, using the GE90 as reference. He also built the rear of the pylon.
The code and audio for the sound blocks in the engines comes from Tone Generator, so I added hpgbproductions as a contributor. I also originally had a few Tone Generator blocks for the engines which I wanted to replace with a single custom part.
I would also like to credit MOPCKOEDNISHE for help with getting more than one input controller on a single mod part, and WNP78 for giving me an idea for how to make the cockpit screens how they are, such as how the map works.
Liveries
I originally planned to add several liveries, but as of release, there is one livery, Snake Air. All modded versions already come with it installed, so there's no need to add it yourself, but I'll leave the old instructions I wrote below.
Also included in this mod are several liveries, again designed specifically for the SWL-120. These are pretty simple to add, just drag them out, make their position identical to any other mod part, remove mass and drag, and add connections. Ensure you connect each part of the livery to each existing plane part (e.g. rudder, wingtips, doors) so the livery addition rotates with the part.
@SPTNR yeah they've all contributed something to the mod; it's also been a 4 year project lol
Nice,
No way how u got many collabs
@Bigolfishboy Thanks! Oh yeah I completely forgot about a trailer lol. Maybe I'll look into making one for the cockpit version.
@PlaneFlightX I am genuinely in love with this design! I feel like you should make your own trailer for it because after all, it deserves one. If I could spotlight this, I would in .72 seconds lol.
Also, totally random question, but I, myself have been working on my own project for around 5 months and I was wondering if you I could get some advice on what I could improve or add to it about it since you seem to DEFINITELY know what to do about building things. You totally don’t have to, it’s a far fetched idea, but I feel like it’s kinda underwhelming for something I’ve been working on for 5 months lol. Here it is
…
@Bigolfishboy The no mods full version (which is technically complete but I'm waiting to release it with the incomplete modded one) is 7835 parts. I can run it at three frames per second.
I’m on a 7 year old iPad so I can’t download this… how many parts did you say the no-mod full version is? In other news, I need to check if house fires are covered by my insurance! I also need to go steal— I mean “Strategically Transfer Equipment to an Alternate Location” multiple industrial-grade fire extinguishers and a backup plan!
