3. Maximum military units of your nation will be limited to:
- 650.000 men Active
- 900.000 reserve
- 30% of the land vehicles must be handed over within 2 months period
- 20% of the Airforce assets must be handed over within the same time period
- Naval capability will be reduced to 50%
- Naval vessel displacement will be limited to 38.000 tonnes
- Pay for the damages you've done to Halcyon
4. Forward Operating Bases of Halcyon and Eternistan will be present in your country
5. Foreign purchases will be strictly monitored and will be reviewed through private contacts
6. You and your allies must stop holstile actions against Halcyon and Eternistan.
