Amazing! You also could fix the problem by nudging the characters by a specific number so the end up in the right place, so you could just rearrange them.

No, the actual plane wrote them in reverse. I wrote it left to right, because modern chinese goes from left to right.
While in this case the characters goes reverse, because characters start from the front to rear. Thus, on the other side the plane, the characters goes from left to right.
