Okay, My good friend @ViridiCinis has tried to explain this to me over and over again, somehow I can never get it right so I've decided to make a forum post to hopefully learn how to do it. I think its about time I learn how to do this so please comment below on how to do this. Thank you
Go here and make a wordpress account. Make sure its through the same e-mail that your SP account reckognizes. Then go back to gravatar and sign in with that account. It's fairly easy to upload a photo from there (the "My Gravatars" tab). After you are done with that, to to your profile and select "Manage Account". Select the box that says "Show Gravatar" and select "Save". Then wait for a few minutes while refreshing any page where you can see your avatar, like your profile page.

GO TO PROFILE SETTINGS
THERE WILL BE AN OPTION TO CHANGE YOUR GRAVITAR IF YOU SCROLL DOWN A LITTLE BIT
