Hi. I'd like to make a webhook that will post to my Discord server whenever I upload something on my profile (https://www.simpleplanes.com/u/MeetThyDoom/posts). I'm trying to use ifttt.com to make it work. Currently I'm really struggling to understand it. Could someone lend me a hand?
