So I’m trying to build a bus and I want it to have functional reverse lights. I want these to light up when the bus is in reverse (I’m using pitch for forward or reverse) however I can’t figure out how to do this. Could somebody please let me know how to do it down in the comments.

and the dummy reverse light can be changed to have no halo
you can change the imput on them to pitch and then do like EternalDarkness said

Set them on pistons that will extend on pitch, pushing actual beacons out through the dummy reverse lights.
