Add Flaps to game code

the idea is to add a control surface called Flap, wich can be used both on wings and rotators, it would have 4 positions(just like war Thunder):
-Zero=0°
-Combat=5-10°
-Take off=25-35°
-Landing=40-90°
the idea is to have each position with a slider, so we can adjust the proper angle according to our aircraft.
Also a slider with rotation speed(like speed in a normal rotator)
In addition to this, the AI should learn to use this, EX:
if on runway, enable Take off flaps, once in the air, retract flaps to zero at the same time as retracting the landing gear, using the same system to determine flaps position. and if landing, use Landing flaps.
I would like to add the ability to set a determined Landing speed, so AI can keep that speed until touchdown, as some aircrafts have massive drag and engine kill its an instant crash for AI. best example is AI trying to fly my F-104, it just falls like a rock. other thing that idk if its yet implemented, but enable AI to use parachutes after touchdown, as some aircrafts really need them to land(again my F-104, that uses the whole runway just to land due to very high landing speed).

@RailfanEthan I know that yet, it's just that sometimes I run out of inputs and AI can't land some of my planes properly without crashing before reaching the airport.

If you have the over load mod or can .xml edit, you can set the input for ailerons to VTOL and have flaps

    I like the idea.
POINT BEING, just have something called "flaps" on the wings altogether, since you can VTOL a rotator and have a "wing" attatched to it. Not if you want to build something big and you find yourself not having flaps.

Well, we still do have overload mods, and you can always just use subassemblies if you don't have it.
