@Avro683Lancaster That'd seriously destroy your FPS and make using the designer incredibly tedious.
@MasterLobster the images are concepts, the actual sections would be made as a 3d model (like the first Railway Designer)

the truss bridge would just get in the way i think, the rest are good. especially the open line, it would be cool to blur the trees to make it look like the train was moving when you take screenshots.
