The only way multiplayer would get on Androids is if planes weren't actually on the client but on a server. Kinda like cloud saving
never gonna happen without mods.

Bingo, @Awsomur is onto it. He's correct, it'd require the whole game to be recoded/redeveloped/rebuilt a second time. That'd double the size of the game file, something that would kill iOS and Android users. If it is your most desired feature, it is available for PC, it's just $14 on steam
Impossible in unmodded SimplePlanes. There would have to be an entirely new game for multiplayer to work.
