Some years ago, I was trying to make a firework rocket with fins for making easier the task of recovering the sticks (my mother doesnt want to have the tail sticks around the garden). Guess what happened?
I made accidentally a mortar shell wich fell at 1-2 meters from where I was standing. Fortunetly, the rocket was small...
My friends and I do what we call "illegal rocketry" in the summer. Since the use of potassium nitrate illegal in Canada, making homebrew solid fuel stuffed down a pvc pipe, ...I guess also illegal... but those are like bad quality Chinese fireworks; you never know if it's ganna go straight up like a missile or explode on the launch bad. xD

I did it once.
It resulted in a FlyDubai 737 diversion and nearly a penalty from Czech police.
