I have had a problem with the suspension on regular landing gear. Whenever I try to land, the suspension causes me to bounce on landings and shake up and down on the ground. Is there a way to disable the suspension altogether?

A lot of damper, possibly xml edited, and set the strength so that it flexes a bit under the weight if the plane

Setting dampeners to lowest will make it bouncy. How does that help? @MechWARRIOR57
It is possible to make your own retractable landing gear, but that requires xml modding (usually). you could try setting damper and spring to max
turn the dampiners to the lowest possible, and set the spring streangth to the highest possible. it wont disable it but it will make it super hard to collapse
