I took a lot of time to make this map of the world...Look at it here
The map contains a layout of the Major Islands, "Hint" Islands (islands between Majors) and NPC Ship Paths. Along with the direction of each island marked by its position, as if you were leaving Yeager/Wright to reach them.
There are more Mini Islands that I never bothered to mark, I didn't have the time to do it.
Also, yes, The Kraken is not marked, but review the map...there's a box with a ? on it...that's a hint of what direction it's in.

It's fun circumnavigating the map. The map IS round, and you can get to Snowstone from Wright without passing any other islands. (Going AWAY from Yeager)
