The PDF collapsed after their army was squashed at the battle of Colon. With the zombies and USFA soldiers closing in, the PDF had no choice, but surrender. Meanwhile CUB ships was landlocked with New Australia ships at the battle of Jakarta. The CUB boats knew the superior New Australian ships would win due to the fact their ships are bigger, but they kept on fighting.

Rules: NO OP STUFF: no plasma weapons, no skyscrapers, no crazy stuff (like banana guns). No jet planes, battleships, aircraft carriers, destroyers, and cruisers.
How to join: Build a building, gun, and vehicle. Also give yourself a survivor name (required) and a faction name (optional) You can use your real name ,but I don't recommend it.
Note: New Australia doesn't have to build because it's not infected and still has all of it's guns, buildings, ships, and planes.
As far as I know, you can transfer files using special services not only by e-mail, and it's actually very convenient. I've been working with files for a long time now, and thanks to various tools like https://www.securedocsharing.com/ it's not a problem to transfer such files pretty quickly, so I don't think you'll have a problem with it. I hope my advice has helped you.
