A New Union, With New Goals, In a New World
After the GWW2 came to an end, peace was not in mind of the PR and the EAC which both are rivals of each other, war was an option, and the Biological War started, a war filled with death and despair, a war the changed the world, but after the horrors of the Biological War, Katipunia, a nation born in the middle of the war and a successor to Auruna, decided to create a new union that will be the successor of the old and defunct UWP, Katipunia and 2 other nations, GAE and Japan were the first members and are the primaries, soon, Lanzarria and Argentina joined the union and they named it, the Union of Powers in the New World, or the UPNW, which has the UWP's goals, but they reworked some of the UWP's old goals that includes Peacekeeping, Trade, and Military Cooperation, also after the Biological War, peace was is question, especially peace between the rivals, which severed the world and the nations involved, allies become enemies, and enemies become allies, in the EAC's case, allies who become their enemies will be attacked with brute force.
Poland, a nation which didn't saw action and isn't involved in both wars soon joined the UPNW to seek more peace and protection, and Poland was a peaceful nation where many people from different ethnicities live in peace and prosperity, Russians, Poles, Auruns, Paternians, Africans, Lanzarrians, and Arabians come to Poland to stay away from the wars and live in a quiet nation.
The landscape of North America was changed because of the heavy-hitting superweapons of both parties, the former-USA's land is the most affected where the Arabian-Awwamy Military fought the Paternian Military, the UWP couldn't stop the wars and the superweapons that can wipeout humanity.
But the UPNW sought to change all of the problems that changed the world and the nations, the UPNW is a new union, with new goals, in a new world.

With the planned invasion of North America going well and as Planned (lol) The people weren't happy. While being Thick headed Americans they decided to Rebel against the Invading Nation. Awwam, however it wasn't during the invasion you see. It was after. When Awwam Secured Texas and most of the Eastern United States there was still Paternian Presence in Western US. Awwam Pushed through the Area with any hassles and successfully completed the task at hand. With the help of The Citizens of course. They helped cause social Disarray and major Panic/Hysteria. It worked significantly well and Awwam had Secured the Area. It wasnt less than 1 year after Conquering the place that the Area was too difficult for even a major giant in the east to help with. Too many criminals and too much debt. That and the Paternian Navy Blockading the Area resulting in a major lockdown. In a secret meeting the Awwam Governed of the United States Met with the Paternian Leader in hopes for Negotiation's. And so it happened. US would Finally become Paternian Property and Canada/Greenland would remain unharmed. The Paternian Republic was free to expand to South America without Awwami Supervision. They happily Agreed and peace was created ever SINCE. Marking the end of the GWW2

-Attacking a neutral country may result in every other country and group target the certain country who attacks a neutral one
