We need:
A rotator that acts like a wheel! It would:
1. Rotate infinitely as long as input is given
2. Speed depends on input intensity
3. WILL NOT reverse rotate when input is stopped, unlike an infinite rotator
4. Have the options to either:
- stop (like normal rotator)
OR
- coast (like wheels)
When input is stopped. (Like EV3 motors)
5. Have the option on whether brake slows it down.
Would be useful for mechs :D and other things.

I suggested this, but instead you could hook it up to a car engine

and fixated car wheels.
That would be a great thing to add to the user voice site.

For heavy vehicles too, as it would mimic the high torque to power ratio. I suggest to just add "cycle" option to existing rotators. @PhilipTarpley @NathanMikeska
