I wish that it was only for planes and not forums, because people usually show their support or that they agree woth the topic by upvoting a forum post.

@kikasshes A lot of people dont have the time to test every plane they plan on upvoting. I like to fly them if they have something unique about them.

Same, I think everybody hates it. The only reason it is there is to be an anti-spam feature.
Tip to everyone: If you download and test a creation before upvoting it you will never need to have any cool down issues.
