I Misscommunucate (Due To My Bad Communication Skill) Towards SimplyElegant (Its Not His Fault At All), That Leading Him To Post His Auxiliary/Back-up Design Prematurely Without Any Consent To The Rest Of The Team (Including Externals Such As IRISH And SpearSystem). Also, Lack Of Integrity Between Each Team/Contractors In The Project. Leading Not Only Data Leaks But Also Delays, Either On Submition Testing/Evaluation Or Finalization Of The Zhu-325 Itself.

By This Post, I Want To Declare/Announce To All Of My Close Partners Here, Who Work For And Together By Me Or Us (My Cousins). Sadly To Say But I Will Leaving nwa, Or Maybe SimplePlanes Aswell. Either I Will Be Repositioned By My Other Cousin (Rizky, Who Made Skybus/Dassalz) From Leader To Other Postition (Either Engineer/Builder Or Marketing) Or I Will Be Fully Kicked Out (And Thats Mean I Will Leaving SP). Just Hoping The Best For Me.

Also, For Some Period. This Account (nwa) Will Be Temporarily Shutted-Down Till Unknown Date, Until A New Leader (One Of My 3 Cousins) Replaced My Position (As A Leader Here) And Be The New Leader/Director Of nwa.

@SimplyElegant Want to hear or read the worst part? Not only us his cousins but also externals like @IRISHAEROSPACEGROUP, @SpearSystems, and @EasternAviationCompany got that impact aswell! Imagine you're be one of them, trying to help fadel but ended up being shouted just because your aircraft ended up being better than him.

@SimplyElegant Also, we're kinda sick with his regulations.
Here is the example, see Mirah-3000 or S330 post. Notice something is wrong? The engines and performances. Yes he want us to help him, but he also limited us forcedly like it is strictly prohibited to made something that performs better than his. We're also forced to use him-made engines for the sake of "commonality".
